We had a great lunch here today. We've passed by a thousand times and never tried the Gypsy until today. After lunch we wish we would have visited sooner. We had great and welcoming service. My patty melt was up to par and the fries were fresh, hot and crispy. The real winner here was my husbands Muffuletta sandwich. It was so so good. The absolute best sandwich you will get in St Augustine. Hands down. I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed it. If you don't get the Muffuletta here you are seriously missing out! It was only 30 for our two entrees and teas. With the quality and amount of food I would of gladly paid 50.

We dined at the Gypsy Cab Company on Anastasia Boulevard on June 23rd for lunch...three people went way above and beyond expected customary service...Jen the hostess, our awesome waitress, Dana and Mary Kay who made the sweet tea for the guests and brought us our to go box...all were extremely attentive and kind. We had ridden our electric bikes for 4 hours all over the historic district in St Augustine. We were in search of some food that wasn’t “hot” as I was getting overheated, so we pedaled across the Bridge of Lions to head for the beach... :) ...it was almost 100 with no breeze. Coming inside to air conditioning was delightful! Dana brought me an ice cold wet towel to cool off with....and lots of ice water to drink. She really was extra kind to us. We are from the another touristy area of Florida; the Emerald Coast with incredible seafood so we opted for a wrap and a chicken salad sandwich. What a delightful meal! Came for Thanksgiving. Had the turkey dinner. Everything was very good. My only issue was that there was not enough gravy which was easily corrected. Best Old Fashioned (called Nu Fashion) that I've ever had. My compliments to the bartender!

Nice place with brunch and main menu, it wasn’t busy at all on a Sunday morning we were seated immediately! The food was fresh and delicious and the server was great. Would definitely recommend for quick brunch!

We used to go to Gypsy Cab Co Restaurant on a regular basis but stopped going a little over a year ago as our last couple of visits had been pretty dismal. We decided to give them another try tonight as new owners had taken over last year and we wanted to see if things have improved. I am glad we did - absolutely everything has improved and the food was fantastic. The first thing we noticed was how much brighter the restaurant appeared to be. They have really cleaned up the interior and everything has been freshly painted. The menu has also been updated with a larger selection, (they have kept some of the old favorites such as Gypsy Chicken, their famous salad dressing, etc.). We ordered the Ribeye Steak Dinner served with Hemingway Sauce, (butter, roasted garlic and sun dried tomatoes) and the Seafood White Wine Garlic Dinner, (fish, shrimp, mussels and scallops sauteed with artichokes, spinach carrots and mushrooms in a white wine garlic sauce served over linguine). Both of our dinners were awesome! The charbroiled steak was delicious and extremely tender...the Hemingway Sauce definitely added another level of richness. The side of pickled red cabbage was better than I remember. The Seafood White Wine Garlic Dinner was also fantastic. There was an abundance of seafood and the linguine was perfectly cooked. This pasta dish was better than I have had in many Italian Restaurants. We will definitely become regulars again after tonight's meal, they have so many new options that I want to try. Helpful hint - they no longer automatically bring their delicious brown bread to the table but they still have it. If you ask the server they will bring it to your table free of charge.

Had an awesome experience, my first visit and I will be back next trip to St Augustine. The only thing better than the Gypsy chicken was the key lime pie, and the view from the bar seating was the only thing better than the pie! Thanks for an awesome birthday meal!

Finally enjoyed Sunday Brunch here. The portions were huge, but so yummy I couldn't stop eating! Fun, casual atmosphere, reasonable prices, friendly service and delicious food has me wishing we had started coming here sooner! Our new favorite spot for a meal!

Local hidden gem. Wonderful customer service and great food options. In town for the weekend and stumbled upon this leaving the Alligator Farm. It does not disappoint. Blackened mahi was some of the best I have ever had.
